At Hollywood Collectibles, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every sports memento we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping materials, ensuring all Certificates of Authenticity (COA) and tamper-evident holograms remain intact and protected.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity markers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
